Most people think cruising isn’t for them. Most people are wrong.

A cruise is not just a floating hotel. It’s a way to see multiple destinations without unpacking twice, feed a family without bankrupting yourself at every meal, and actually relax in between. Done right, it’s one of the most efficient ways to travel. Done wrong, you’re stuck in the wrong cabin on the wrong ship wondering why everyone else looks like they’re having a better time than you.

The difference is in the details.

Sound Familiar?

“Is the drink package actually worth it?”

“I get motion sickness, is that going to be a problem?”

“What even happens at embarkation? Do I just… show up?”

“How do gratuities work and why does nobody explain this upfront?”

“We need two rooms, how do we make that work without losing each other?”

“I’m not sure cruising is for me.”

That last one is my favorite. Because I hear it all the time. And then people get back on the ship for their second cruise.

From Bermuda to the Caribbean to the Greek islands to the coastlines of Italy, I’ve sailed enough to know how to match the right ship to the right trip. The right itinerary, the right cabin, the right add-ons, and none of the ones that aren’t worth it. First-time cruisers are my favorite clients. They always come back.
